Decisions at the right time

Prime ministers are often victims of a peculiar selfishness. After a big fiasco, they are slow to make decisions that could reduce the public's reaction, on the grounds that no one has to decide hot. They then act selfishly, proclaiming that when they will reshape and "cut their heads" is a matter of their own and will not be dictated by the media, etc. Result; When they finally make a corrective move, it falls into a vacuum, does not work laxatives and sometimes even worries the voters. The success or otherwise of a politician, however, depends greatly on the right choice of time for each move.
